Time is flying. I've been doing some brewing but have been slack with updating my blog. At Canterbury Fair I ran a class in making real beer. The class notes can be downloaded from our website, http://www.forest.gen.nz/Medieval/articles/brewing/making_beer.pdf .
Next week, the plan is to start playing with yeast. I will make one 20 litre batch of wort and split it in 4 different buckets and use 4 different yeasts.
